Privacy Policy

FluxRoute (“the app”) is a puzzle game developed by Erge Akova (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what data the app handles and why. The app has no accounts, no sign-in, and no in-app purchases. We do not sell your personal data.

1. Data stored on your device

Your game progress and preferences stay on your device and are not uploaded to us: level progress and stars, coins, hints, daily streak, missions, season progress, weekly event progress, unlocked themes and arrow skins, daily reward state, selected language, sound/music/haptics settings and reminder time. Deleting the app removes this data.

2. Data processed by third parties

The app is free and supported by advertising. Three Google services are involved:

• Google AdMob (advertising). To serve ads, AdMob may process your device advertising identifier (Apple IDFA), IP address, device and OS information, and ad interaction data. Ads are personalised only if you allow tracking; otherwise you see non-personalised ads. Google’s policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Google User Messaging Platform (consent). In the EEA, UK and Switzerland the app shows a consent form before ads are requested and stores your choice on the device.
• Google Firebase (analytics, crash reporting, configuration).
  • Analytics — anonymous gameplay events such as a level being started, completed or failed, score and combo, daily challenge completion, streak milestones, rewards claimed, and which ad format was shown.
  • Crashlytics — crash stack traces with device model, OS version and app version.
  • Remote Config — fetches settings such as ad frequency.

3. What we never collect

Your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, health data, or any account credentials. The app does not ask you to sign in and has no server of its own.

4. App Tracking Transparency

Before the advertising identifier can be used for tracking, iOS asks for your permission. We request this after you finish your first level, not on first launch. You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Notifications

Reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not operate a push server and cannot send you messages. You can turn reminders off in the app’s settings or in iOS Settings.

6. Your rights (EEA/UK)

You can request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data, object to processing, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Because we hold no accounts and no server-side profile, most data is either on your device (delete the app) or held by Google under its own policy. You can withdraw or change advertising consent at any time from Settings → Privacy & ads → Ad privacy options inside the app.

7. Retention

On-device data is kept until you delete the app. Advertising identifiers are managed by iOS and can be reset or limited in iOS Settings. Google retains data it processes according to its own retention policy.

8. Children

FluxRoute is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change; material changes will be reflected on this page.
